Location: Grafenberger Allee 210, 40237 Düsseldorf, AWO family center Anne Siemsen - the single house directly at Hanielpark, Metro station "Engerstraße" - there are also 2-3 parking lots on the premises
Further information:
- Please bring something to drink for yourself
- a meditation seat
- and for Cardio Dancing a big towel.
- You can either dance on socks or with clean indoor gym shoes, feel free to try both options for yourself.
If you are bringing someone new, please come 10-15 minutes earlier so that the dance can be explained to you in advance.

Energy compensation:
