Düsseldorf's "Sport im Park" summer season 2025:
Düsseldorf offers its inhabitants every year in summer time free outdoor sports classes in the parks throughout the wohle city. We are very happy that this year again our Cardio Dancing class by David Wared is offered as well. The season ends beginning of Oktober.
starting on 8th of May, every Thursday from 18:00-19:00 o'clock at WGZ-Bank Park, at the backside of the main train station

Further information:
- Please bring something to drink for yourself
- a meditation seat
- and for Cardio Dancing a big towel.
- You can either dance on socks or with clean indoor gym shoes, feel free to try both options for yourself.
If you are bringing someone new, please come 10-15 minutes earlier so that the dance can be explained to you in advance.
