The energy flow of the main energy gates of the human being get ordered, harmonized and rhythmized. The Kundalini Dancing has a flow of three dancing phases. In each phase the movements are placed and activated on the corresponding kundalini centers. The dancer connects all three centers with each other, through which he can extend the ecstasy to the whole body and perceive himself as a spiritual being beyond the limits of his body form.

The Kundalini in the human being is an original energy reservoir, which waits for the awakening and its activation, so that the individual energy of the human being can be reconnected with the cosmic energy and the human being can reach his universal truth again.

The Kundalini connects the body centers of the human being with one another: The energy centers of the body are connected via the Kundalini both with the universal source of power and with the power source of mother earth.

It is the union of the inner strength of the human being with the inner strength of the cosmos. Through Kundalini activation, a person can have direct experience with the heart of the universe, mother earth and beings of light.
