To see if Energy Dancing touches your heart and if the combination of meditation, consciousness work, and dance can accompany you on your future path, you are cordially invited to one of our taster days. This workshop provides a theoretical and practical insight into the training course starting in December.

Energy Dancing is more than just dance. It is a way to consciously experience energy in flow, to direct it and thus transform something within us. Every energy dance is a dance for your healing. Guided by various Energy Dancing dances, you will immerse yourself in a practice that goes far beyond physical dance.
